Our minimum transaction is $5M for Letter of Credit AND Standby letter of Credit (SBLC). and $10M fro TOP 50 BANKS, and we do not have a maximum transaction value. Our maximum transaction value depends on the experience of the client in the same type of business. Our issuing fees range form 3% —12% ( FOR LEASING)AND 3%—5% for large and small instrument sizes(Low rated banks) and 10-12% for top 25/50 banks instrument. We charge flat fees based on the face value of the transactions.

 

In general, we are financial instrument providers to the banks’ clients who may not have collateral security to secure their banking facilities. We provide unsecured financial products to support quality banking transactions which might otherwise not be completed because of collateral security. Also, most of our transactions are referred to us by local banks, microfinance companies, leasing companies, importers and exporters of commodities and general merchandise.

2. Company business license and legal person passport

3. DLC/SBLC Verbiage (if provided by the supplier)

4. Pro-forma invoice (formal invoice)

5. SPA (contract)

6. Company bank statement, proving that there are sufficient funds to pay the issuance fee.
